2 persons who came for Galle Face May rally ... embrace death suddenly!
2 supporters who attended May Day rally of the United Opposition this evening (1) embraced death most suddenly when admitted to hospital in a sick condition. One person aged 62 years had come from Nivithigala area while the other person aged 80 years was from Kandy.
Though it is suspected that they may have died
because of excessive heat and pressure, reasons have still not been revealed. What Dr. Anil Jasingha, Director of National Hospital, Colombo said was that even by the time they were admitted to hospital they had passed away.The 2 dead bodies are presently lying at the mortuary and after the autopsy it would be revealed as to the cause of their death.
