Tamil Diaspora activists protest opposite the hotel where Maithriplala was lodging in Malaysia

It is reported that opposite the Intercontinental hotel in Kuala Lumpur Malayasia where President Maithripala Sirisena during the visit to Malaysia a group of Tamils  residents in
Mayalsia had indulged in a protest campaign carrying placards.

In the connection the Minister of foreign affairs. Mangala Samaraweera had quipped that most of the protesters were of Indian origin. මේ 

It was also said that the government policy of encouraging peace process and reconciliation was admired by the Tamil Diaspora.

The Minister had quipped that instead of protesting on roads they should come to Sri Lanka and find out the true position regarding the peace process..He also added that no one follows those who travel from north to the south and that there is also freedom of the media.The Minister  had said that a tour of the north and east should be done and should bring forward any proposals for implementation.
