This afternoon a three-storeyed house being newly constructed in Kalubowila area has collapsed. This house under construction has not been built without a foundation strong enough and the house had tilted to a side. Nobody inside the building sustained any injuries because the occupants inside had got out when the house was showing signs of collapsing.
