Danuna Tillekeratne freed of all accusations

In the Hycope Company case filed  against Danuna Tillekeratne for Irregular supply of arms to the Sri  Lankan  army  during  the time of the previous government during,the period of the war when

General Sarath Fonseka was the commander of the army by the Attorney  General  was completed after a number of years.

Danuna Tillekeratne has been freed of all the accusations that were framed in the case against him.The case was heard today the 15th instant at the Colombo High courts.

This case was spoken in many quarters as a case that had been filed as a political  revenge. In the year 2010 Danuna  Tillekeratne was supposed to be the  then  son  in law od the presidential candidate, General Sarath Fonseka.
