Small election scheduled for March postponed

Political information reveals that the small election of electing local government members which  was scheduled for March next year has been postponed.

The related authorities of the United National Party has shown dissatisfaction on this issue and until such time that these wards are properly marked the local government election would not be held.

The commissioner of elections has quipped that for this exercise to be completed it would take a few more months and in this context the scheduled local government election scheduled for the month of March would not be held  as previously decided.
