Mahinda Rajapaksa to sit beside Sambandan in Parliament
It is reported that 47 Members of Parliament who were elected from the United National Freedom Alliance would be sitting in the opposition. In this connection the opposition could be identified from the government side only today.
When the parliamentary sessions begin today the seats for the members of parliament would be reserved from today.It is also reported that those who contested from the UPFA namely Nimal Siripala de Silva, WDJ Seneviratne, SB Dissanayake and Mahinda Samarasinghe are to sit in the front row with the government members of parliament.
Some members who represent the national government have been allocated seats in back rows with the opposition.
The seat next to R Sambandan on the right side has been allocated to Mahinda Rajapaksa and the seat right of him has been allocated to the former speaker Chamal Rajapaksa it is reported
