Kumar Sangakkara bids goodbye to Galle International cricket Stadium
In the first Test in the three match series between the touring Indian team and Sri Lanka which wasconcluded at the Galle International cricket stadium on mid day on the fourth day on Saturday Lanka pulled off an unbelievable win when they setIndia 176 runs to win on a turning wicket.Having got them out for 112 runs Sri Lanka became victorious by 63 runs.
This Test was the last Test that Kumar Sangakkara had played in the Galle International Cricket stadium before retiring from after the 2nd Test at the P.Sara stadium.
At the end of the game the team members had carried him around the Galle International stadium to pay respect for the legendary cricketer.
