It is reported by the elections secretariat that the postal voting is to commence today.The first
phase of the postal voting is to commence for those attached to those attached to the education sector and the employees attached to the postal department.In the second phase for those attached to the other government departments would have their postal voting on the 05th and the 06th instant.
