Helicopter crashes at Galle - Beddegama
An MI 17 helicopter belonging to the Air Force carrying amenities to victims suffering from inclement weather conditions has crashed in Inimankada area in Beddegama. On an inquiry made by media, Media Spokesman for the Air Force, Group Captain Gihan Seneviratna confirmed the incident. He further mentioned that nobody travelling in the helicopter has faced any harm as such.
