Ranjan turns child-patient to trap Anuruddha Padeniya's 'game' -- Padeniya avoids hospital!

Hospital, the facility being open to reserve a time under Doc 990 in the internet. Secretary of Medical Officers' Association, Dr. Navin de Soysa who expressed his ideas to the BBC stated that though it was informed in advance that Dr. Padeniya would not be offering his services that day, the website was not updated and therefore it was possible for Ranjan to get his 'appointment'.
In any case, when the Doc 990 institution was contacted they had informed that such a blemish could not occur.
