Apollo hospital in Chennai surrounded by thousands as Jayalalitha is warded
Last Thursday the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Jayalaitha Jayaram had suddenly taken ill and was admitted to the Apollo hospital in Chennai.
The media reports from India has revealed that from the time the news of her admission to the Apollo
hospital was made known thousands of her supporters had thronged outside the Apollo hospital.As a result it is reported that this had caused the other usual activities of the hospital.
On Thursday night people had slept on the roads wanting to know Jayalalitha's condition. On Friday morning via a microphone the police had made an announcement about her condition.It had been said that she is recovering fast but would have to stay in hospital until Sunday..The ailment had been disclosed as fever and dehydration.
Even afterwards many of her supporters had remained on Saturday night also to know of her condition.This had been revealed by Indian reporters.
