Kosgama blast: on time mobile phone video

A rare form of video had been taken in front of the Army Camp just a while after the blast took place last evening at the Salawa Army Camp in Kosgama. By that time though some minutes had passed by after the blast concerned, it was reported that those within the Camp had by then not
gone out.
