Wimal observes Kolonnawa flood

Member of Parliament Wimal Weeravansha too took measures to see about the public who were harassed by the floods. He made a survey in Kolonnawa area of houses that had gone under the water in a boat wearing a safety kit if in case he
would fall into the waters! Provincial Council Member Roger Seneviratna too joined him on this journey. Shown below is that video
