Beautician's lover has shared his lover's

An individual supposed to be the lover of a beautician has had a husband-wife intimate
association and had even gone to the extent of providing an opportunity for his friends to enjoy with her but later they were all cornered under the offence of collective rape. The incident was reported from Kekirawa.

The victim under reference aged 37 years was subjected to collective rape at a closed-down kiosk-room in Kandubodagama area, Ganewalpola, Kekirawa. Four youth who are supposed to be participants of this act have been taken into custody by Kekirawa Police day-before-yesterday (29). 

The victim under reference is someone who is conducting a beauty salon in Shanthipuram area, Kalavanchikudi, Batticaloa. When she was on her way by bus to purchase items necessary for her beauty salon and had been travelling towards Colombo, the 30 year old lover-suspect of hers together with other suspects had been coming behind the bus on motor cycles. When travelling like this her lover had given her a telephone call and had asked her to get down from the bus at Ganewalpola for her to go with him to Colombo. As such, this person who got down from the bus at Ganewalpola had proceeded with her lover on the motor bike to a room of a closed-down kiosk in Kandubodagama area in Ganewalpola that night with the idea of spending the night with him. 

At the kiosk they had been sexually intimate and later her lover had mentioned that he would be going out to fetch dinner, thus leaving her alone in the kiosk-room. The lover had on coming out informed his 3 friends who had been hiding outside to give the impression to her that robbers had entered and thereby if they want, to rape her. As such, the friends had entered the room and collectively raped her until 4.30 dawn the following day. 

The victim who was so abused collectively had made a complaint to the police the next day. The suspects who were arrested with regard to this incident were those living in Batticaloa Akkaraipattuwa, Kalmunai, Thalayadikulam areas aged 30, 27, 23 and 20 years, it was revealed. The suspects were expected to be produced before Kekirawa Magistrate's Court yesterday (30).
