Vishwa Warnapala the general secretary of the UPFA expires

The general secretary of the United Peoples Freedom Alliance Vishwa Warnapala has expired while he was treated at a private hospital on the  morning of the 27th instant. This information has been reported by his immediate family members.

At the time of his demise he had been 80 years old. He had also held the position of the Minister of higher education.
