Wijeweera's wife alleges the JVP of stealing husbands books to file action
Wife of the founder of the JVP party has filed action in the commercial high courts to prevent printing, distributing and marketing seven books that Rohana Wijeweera had authored.
Rohana Wijeweera's wife Srinathi Chithanganie Fernando had filed action against the JVP in issuing

The wife of Rohana Wijeweera had categorically stated that these books in question had been authored by her husband and to publish, market and distribute them only she has the authority.She had filed action against her interest in this matter under the private property ordinance .
The case has been accepted for hearing by the Magistrate of the commercial high court and in this regard summons have been served on the JVP party for them to attend courts on the 27th instant.
